WHAT? Can't exploit Dark Brother hood anymore? : V

There is a glitch where you can get the Dark brother hood iniaite to follow you even if you have a follower

I tried to dismiss my follower, hire the Dark Brother Hood initiate then fire him, re hire my follower and the initiate is supposed to join me again correct?

Whe I try to do this he says I already have a follower and would just get in the way. did this get patched?

I play on 360.
