[indent]I'm on the first quest. I'm supposed to activate the Earth Stone, and then according to the Wiki, Neloth is supposed to come up and speak with me. Only problem is, Neloth is now nowhere near the Earth Stone. My char just stands that there hitting the hammer and nothing else happens.

I spoke with Neloth once while walking towards the Stone, and he had one dialogue topic about Morrowind.[/indent]

Well on my first playthrough I missed that part completely. I had the quest marker telling me to go to the earth stone, but went to sleep in the inn in raven rock, and woke up at miraaks temple in the middle of the island. So maybe try sleeping in the inn, and bypassing that part completely like I did. Or just walk to miraak's temple in the middle of the map, some civilians from raven rock will direct you there if you ask about miraak (and some will direct you to the earth stone)
