When you first talk to him and he tells you about himself he sorta paces back and forth a very short distance.

While he's doing this he makes hand gestures at the Dragonborn.

I couldn't stop laughing when he did this because he looks like he's rapping at the Dragonborn or something.

The pacing back and forth along with the hand gestures looks a little forced too.

I think it would've been fine if he talked normally without moving around like a gangster.
