Does anyone know of anyway to get around the glitch in walking nightmare other than loading a game before doing the quest? I sm supposed to follow the man into the cave, he walks in first when i enter the room he is gone... and never comes back.

I recently had a glitch with this same quest....not at the same point you are currently at, but later on once it is completed yet still inside the tower. I was told that the quest is well known for glitches like this and the suggestion I received was to turn off the auto save. I have yet to try it (I wasn't able to game last night) to see if it works, but I'm passing along the suggestion.
