I've just lost another character to the bug that causes CTD when saving. I know you can get around it for a while by loading an older save, killing yourself, loading the new save, killing yourself again, then saving, but this only seems to work for a while until the problem stats occurring more and more frequently. I recently cleaned all papyrus data from my save game file, which bought me a few more hours gameplay before the problem reoccurred, and I have just tried repeating this again, this time to less fruitful results. My save file is only 7Mb in size, and I try to play with minimal mods to avoid this very issue.

This has happened with every single one of my characters now, each using a small amount of different mods, and I can accept the fact that I've probably lost yet another save, but is the cause of this still unknown? Is there anything I can do to prevent this happening next time?
