I searched around and didnt see any problem like this. The creation kit seems fine but the only area that suddenly has a problem is the Scene tab in quests.

As you can see from the picture its acting odd, I can move around all of the package and dialogue and time tabs all over the place they dont snap to the phases and I cant right click or edit any existing ones. Any ideas?
