I knew this was a bug or some sort if your follower had a default weak bow but Ogol does not.All he came with was a steel axe, boots, and clothes as his default gear.His archery skill is 57 so i dont know why hes using a weak bow that he got out of nowhere.I gave him dwarven arrows and he gladly uses those all the time, but not a dwarven or orc bow.

Give him weaker arrows. They only use tlcombos that deal meduim amounts of damage.

so in other words the arrow is causing this? I didnt have this problem until i dropped 1 single dwarven arrow and asked him to pick it up.Then i tested it to see if he would use the arrows and he did aswell as the dwarven bow.Every time after that though he changed to a random bow then he never had but kept the dwarven arrows.

You can't necessarily see every item a follower has. Ogol starts with a hidden hunting bow and iron arrows.

So yoou say he used both the arrows you gave him and the bow you gave him together before?

yes im 100% positive but he only did it once as soon as i gave him the arrows for the first time.Right after that i assaulted him to where he would attack me from long range and he was using both the dwarven bow and the dwarven arrows.

i did notice the iron arrows when i pick pocketed him once i dismissed him as my follower.I did not see a hunting bow.All the items i seen was boots, clothes, steel axe, and iron arrow(2)
