I have found all the clown collectibles in the eight Legends that have them. I have read that in order to obtain the "Find all Collectibles in Legends" emblem you need to complete Rusty's Resupply Legend with all 25 collectibles in order to obtain "Find all Collectibles in Legends" emblem.

Is this correct?
