FOR SKYRIM! :{U~
Pure Awesome:
Spoiler
1.) New. Game. Plus.
If you’re going to let us level up infinitely with Patch 1.9, you might as well let us be able to start the game over and keep our characters as they are. Skyrim is already huge, and your idea with 1.9 will definitely add more replay value. But with that sort of ‘just keep going higher, keep getting stronger IF YOU WANT’ way of thinking, making a new character starts to sound inferior to just keeping ALL THAT WORK and being able to re-live all the great quests and do things differently than last time.
Maybe after we find him, allow us to speak to Maiq and he’ll give us an Elder Scroll for 100000 Gold, we read it and—boom, we’re in the prison cart again with the same character we just had before. Maiq is just a cute injoke character for the fans; it wouldn’t harm the lore by letting us do something ‘more for fun than serious lore’ like this.
2.) The ability to get back or re-obtain (just once) things you may not have kept the first time.
There are a lot of one-of-a-kind items in Elder Scrolls games, and if you lose or sell them, you’re screwed. But not all the time. I had no idea there was another set of clothes like Ciceros and another Emperor’s Robes in the game, so it was awesome finding those again. I didn’t keep a lot of the daedric quest items, so it would be neat if you ‘lose’ it or it gets lost in the abyss of ‘sold it months ago,’ maybe just go back to the daedric shrine and be able to get it back at least once—or at least pay gold for it. Or get your Nightingale armor back if you don’t have it anymore; just return to that shrine thing.
ORRR: Anything we’ve previously had in our inventory—give us the ability to create it. Clothes, weapons, armor, etc. Even the one-of-a-kind stuff. And they’ll all be non-enchanted, so we’d finally be able to enchant the things we like, how we like.
We can already make homeless clothes and a woodcutters axe more powerful than the most rare and special ‘named’ items in the game, so it’s not like the classics are as highly regarded anymore. I mean you threw in Keening just for a little nostalgia…
3.) Let certain select PC mods submit and pass to be able to be DLC on the consoles.
I remember this being talked about in the past, but nothing really became of it as far as I know. I can imagine the reason is just the reality was too hard to make it happen, but I’m testing the waters here. If you can do it, why aren’t you doing it? You madman!

Nostalgia for previous games:
Spoiler
- A quest with a character doing research on what appears to be a one-way daedric gate (like in Oblivion, except no daedra can come out) that apparently is still standing after 200 years. Let us return to Oblivion one last time. It could be a generic random run, or an entire new area like Soltheim where you’re doing quests for daedra and eventually Merrunes Dagon.
- Remember how you could abuse sujamma by drinking a bunch of it and making your strength super high? Well Dragonborn adds sujamma; make so it fortifies unarmed! Or hell, let ALL alcohol and drugs fortify something! And let it stack! Get drunk and cause a ruckus! Why do all the alcoholic drinks and drugs only revive a little stamina?

Pet Peeves:
Spoiler
- Option to turn off blood splatters on screen when you take damage
- Option to turn off the ‘eyes adjust after looking away from a light source.’ So annoying!
- Can my character please turn his head and look at things? I feel rude and removed from social interactions when all I ever do is stare straight like :I Plus it added emotion in Oblivion when my character looked down at something cute like a dog, or a sad sight like a dead person, or badass when he looked up at the Gatekeeper. Small detail, but powerful.
- Mercenaries say they’ll mark on your map where their job was, but if you already have that place on your map you have no idea where they are talking about. It would be nice if a marker actually appeared and you could actually go do the job they were going to do.
- Allow us to choose how hairy our male characters are. Come onnn. Don’t make me feel gross. It’s bad enough it took a while to make a face I can tolerate looking at :{D~
- First person horse riding? Why not?
- First person dragon riding? Why not?
- Give us more control of the dragon? He just goes in circles and fights whatever he wants to fight, even if I’m targeting something and struggling to be close enough to zap it.
- Let us block while unarmed and duel wielding. Just make right trigger alternate between left and right attacks like Oblivion did with hand-to-hand. Why wouldn’t I be able to block with my own arms or with two weapons in hand?
- More available waterbreathing, muffle, and fortify unarmed enchanted items in shops
- Cosmetic sheathes? Some one-handed and two-handed swords don’t have sheathes. If not adding sheaths for those items, how about adding sheathes to shops? A few different styles and material types, and just there to cover the blade. No more back-magnetic swords already!
- Why do I disappear when a Thalmor attacks/casts spells at me?
- Why do you go transparent when the camera gets too close to you?
- Why can’t I move the camera around when I sit on a throne looking like a badass?
- I still see weapons floating in place on the road. They don’t fall until you touch them.
- NPCs still slide around if you ‘locked in conversation’ talk to them on a slope
- The big tree in Whiterun is still the old and new version fused together.
- Visually show the left-handed weapon when it’s put away. Duel-wielding or not, it just makes sense.
- Put shields on back? Why does this look HAVE to be limited to Zelda games? Come on. Break a mold.
- Footprints in the snow?
- Female voice work for dragons? Or are they all dudes :/
- More chance of finishers just being normal speed and no camera zoom in third person
- Finishers still triggering even when the Slow Time shout is active.
- When ‘essential NPCs’ are in their ‘wounded with no health’ animation, let us talk to them and have a box that warns you they are essential, but allow us the choice to kill them anyway. Or just have a ‘let me kill anyone’ on/off thing in the Settings.
- The ability to marry anyone that you’ve done a quest for. And possibly all the characters that didn’t have a quest having a ‘small favor’ quest you can do and THEN let you marry them. I personally didn’t marry anyone, but even if I did want to, the choices we’re limited to is just a ‘why didn’t you give us EVERY option’ kind of thing. Why not.
- Bring back hand-to-hand. You have badass finishing moves with just the fists, but fists alone do crap damage. All you have is a perk and ONE pair of gauntlets in the Ratway with an enchantment for that sort of thing, and if you lose or sell them, you’re screwed.
- Let staffs be melee weapons that also cast magic. Is it not a blunt object? At least let us do this when they run out of charge.
- Different-looking kids. Different faces, features, and skin colors. Little more soul, too…
- Less chance of humanoid enemies dying and ending up in that ‘Neo bending back to dodge bullets’ position. Looks silly
- Fire and frost breath more like how actual dragons use theirs. Ours svck
- Dragons that know more dragon shouts! Why don’t they use more of their own language?
- Make dragons land less! You’re a dragon! Why would you ever land in a ground fight?
- Let us use torches as weapons. We can block with them, why not smash faces with additional fire damage? I never use them anyway. Might give an incentive to
- At least SOME kind of negative effect to deal with in very snowy/windy/arctic areas. Especially if you aren’t wearing much
- Let us tell the Blades Parthurnaax’ side of the story and persuade them (with high demand on your speech skill) to let him live so you can continue the Blades quests.
- Don’t leave ANY caves and dungeons without respawning enemies! What’s the fun in going back to Ysgramor’s tomb (at random) without something to fight and loot to find?
- Don’t make the first time you enter a place have enemies permanently around the level when you first entered there. It would be boring to go somewhere early, come back at a high level, and everything is still level 4.
- Let us name any normal item whatever we want without having to enchant it
- Option to turn off blood splatters on screen when you take damage
- Option to turn off the ‘eyes adjust after looking away from a light source.’ So annoying!

MOAR for the sake of MOAR:
Spoiler
- More animations in general. Like just choose to lean up against a wall if you want to. Maybe a on/off feature in Settings where you can choose to see yourself eating, drinking, laying down to sleep and waking up, playing music, reading a book, etc. Oh, and relaxing/bathing in the hot springs.
- Super run and super jump dragon shout,
Level 1 Faster movment
Level 2 Faster movmenet and Sprint is even faster (maybe even a superhuman run animation)
Level 3 Faster movement, super sprint, and super jump that doesn’t kill you. Fun!
- Conjuration: Let us conjure the entire enemy list in the game, minus dragons since we have Shouts that do that. If that would be too big a list, give us a unique soul trap-like spell where we conjure the last thing we killed while that spell was cast on them.
- Add ice chunks that stand out from the rest of the ice in ice caves and icy/snowy areas in the game, and let us melt it with fire magic to reveal treasure and easter eggs. Like the corpse of the Adoring Fan. Exactly how he looked in Oblivion :{D~
- Dark caves. Where you’ll NEED a torch or magic to see.
- Backpacks. Just for role play asthetics.
- Let us wear at least two rings, please.
- More jewelry, weapons, and armor made out of the different minerals that exist in the game. Come on. Corundum? Gold? Malachite? Moonstone? Orichalcum? Quicksilver? Silver? Ruby? Sapphire? Emerald? Garnet? Diamond? WOOD?
- Waterwalking alteration spell and item enchantments. All we have is Azdail’s boots.
- Moar clothing variety. How about ‘imports’ from other regions? All you would have to do is re-make clothes from the previous games and they’d technically fit right in here. Because they were brought here. Hell, do the same for how some armors and weapons (like glass and daedric) looked in Morrowind and Oblivion.
- Bring back the unarmored skill from Morrowind. Skyrim’s people are thick-skinned, right? Some bandits and Forsworn don’t care about armor; let us be a little safer without armor or alteration magic armor.
- Arena! Arena! ARENA >:[ (Not the old game; something like the Arena in Oblivion. Hell, maybe even one that loops forever or has a hundred waves.)
- Dot the waters with goodies! We have a waterbreathing spell and enchantment; give us more incentive to use it with underwater loot. Or even underwater caves.
- Let us wear every type of pelt in the game. Who cares if they aren’t sewn up into actual clothing shapes? Just wrap them around you. Warm up after a good hunt.
- Option to have scars and tattoos on body like we have for facial features.
- Add spell making!
- Perk or blessing that prevents us from staggering when being attacked while charging a master spell.
- Let people hug their spouse and kids. Have a heart :3
- More hair and beard styles, be able to change the length like in Oblivion

Random:
Spoiler
- I want to beat people in the face with an Elder Scroll. Those things are huge!
- Shovels! Either pull a Fable-style treasure digging repeatable quest system or let us use them as weapon. It would be awesome.
- Brooms as weapons. In general, any tool that is useless besides just being there.
- Unique filter vision effects for the different types of alcohol and drugs in the game
- Wrestling finishers for unarmed like dropkick, suplex, power bomb, etc.
- Sheogorath-style alteration spells. Like making certain wildlife and enemies big or small. You KNOW we’re going to get that bored eventually!
- Let us use Giant’s clubs as two-handed weapons. And when we kill them, THEY go flying into the sky. If not every time, a rare chance of doing it with a golf or baseball bat-like finisher swing.
- A demanding-to-obtain power that lets us have instantly-recharging shouts for at least a minute. Ice Form and Unrelenting Force over and over. Can’t say it wouldn’t be fun!
- A rare chance of an arrow finisher hitting the target in the knee. RARE, okay? I know it’s a beaten horse. Speaking of which…
- Horse armor. DAEDRIC HORSE ARMOR.

Again, I'm just dreaming out loud, because I love the Elder Scrolls.
Plus, people at Bethesda might see. That or modders whom Bethesda will later copy :{D~
