I know it's possible to make days shorter with the TimeScale global variable but what about modifying the speed of pretty much everything? I've tried looking at various mods and the slow time shout itself and the slow time effect isn't a papyrus script or anything but rather a Effect Archetype. I have no idea how to change a "Effect Archetype"

Is there perhaps a feature in ScriptDragon or SKSE or something?
