I look at some people's complaints about Skyrim being overpopulated/underpopulated with certain races, and others say it's only being acurate to the setting; there wouldn't BE many beast folk here, for example.
And I can't help but feel that Cyrodiil was where we were going to get the most diversity. Am I wrong there? Is there a place in the Elder Scrolls universe that is more of a melting pot than even what we saw in IV?
Bonus question: What are the most homogenized/least diverse places?
Personal opinion, feel free to give yours: TES V jumped ahead 200 years and who knows what VI will do. But I think it would be entirely possible to take the time period into consideration and make the next game (wherever it takes place) more diverse than it may have been x years previous.
