What "old" game are you referring to? If it is Skyrim, you might need to put this in the Skyrim forums.

If you are talking about TESO player-housing, I doubt it will be at launch and I also doubt you can build anywhere. When implemented, it will probably instanced of some kind ala LOTRO. I love player/guild-housing in mmos
