To explain the title; is it only where I live that creative forms of entertainment seem to be shunned by society in general? I mean things like reading, drawing, games that are not CoD or Fifa, music that requires the people to make it themselves(guitars, drums, keyboards) and films that show a large degree of imagination and creativity to go in them(sci-fi and fantasy, primarily)
I haven't made this thread to moan about my life, but am genuinely interested as to weather creative things are generally shunned by people elsewhere. And just people doing what they want to regardless of popularity in general.
