I had a problem with it and so I'd hope that it's something I did wrong that might be fixed with a cashe verification on steam or maybe a purge\reinstall of mopy(wrye)\skse.

Best guess on my part would be that the update has to do with the new Dragonborn DLC feedbacks since we all know that there are more bugs in Tamriel than on Klendathu. :3

I hope that behippo and ianpatt from silverlock would have the time to work their magic once more.

Pretty sure the most recent version of SKSE (1.6.11) works just fine with Skyrim 1.9.29.

I don't have an answer to this, but I just wanted to say that I like your Skyrim guard illustration.

This. SKSE was updated to work with 1.9 (As it has been for every patch)

If it's not working, you're using an outdated version. Therefore, it would be with you whom the fault lies with.
