I have two skills maxed at 100--archery and stealth. If I want to reset them using the "Legendary" option, how do I do it? When I go into the skills menu and move to archery or stealth there's an option at the top telling me to hit "space" (I guess it would be "E" on most PC keyboards). I hit the key and it zooms into the skill tree. But then what am I supposed to do? My skill remains at 100 and I still have all the original perks. Am I missing a step?

What about the progress bar for the skill? Is it full?
