Getting this message when I try to play Skyrim. I turned off all mods in the Data Files section, tried verifying the cache through Steam, and nothing works. What do I do?

That's an error message for using an outdated version of SKSE with an unsupported executable (i.e. a new patch). You're using SKSE as part of your mods so you'll need to update it accordingly.
