Can you improve it beyond epic? And whats the max damage someone has gotten on it on the console version?

I love the blade but it does half the damage of my other 2 handed weapon even without enchants on it. It would be awesome if we could disenchant it some how. If any bethesda programers are out there, throw more sword effects like this!
