I know that I can use the throw voice shout, but I don't have that yet. I've heard that magelight works, but if I don't yet have quiet casting will it still work?

The reason I ask is because I'm playing a thief that is suppose to not be able to use a bow, but it is the only way I can think of to move people to were I want them and so I am looking for an alternative. Hopefully one exists.

If anyone else knows one then please share.
