So ive noticed that all of my shock related spells (except rune) are buffed for some reason. I have the mask in my inventory and i dont think ive ever worn it. When i equip it the unequip it, the effect goes away like normal. But as long as i don't wear it wear it, the buff stays.

Perhaps this happened because i aquired it and never wore it. Ill test this out with the other two masks when i get to that point.
