so today in Solitude Evvet san (son?) was killed by an ancient dragon. I think it's a she and i think she runs the spiced wine stand. So my question is do are named characters replaced with generic ones or is there no hope of me buying spiced wine again?

She will have a coffin in the hall of the dead with her items and clothes inside but her actual body wont be there, so if you are hoping to resurrect her, you wont find her in there. if its been a long time since she died then yeah she probably disappeared off the street too.
