I know George Lucas sold Lucas Arts to Disney, but does he still own the actual Star Wars brand or was that part of Lucas Arts? Does Lucas Arts still have final say as to what goes into Star Wars or will Disney, as the parent company, have complete control? I have been a bit confused on this for a while now.

LucasArts = Game Studio
LucasFilm = Parent Company

I'm assuming you mean LucasFilm. I'm not sure but I believe LucasFilm still has control over Star Wars but Disney gets final say. I could be wrong.
