Dunno if anyone else has realized this, but seeing as TESO is set 1000 years before the events in Skyrim. We have forgotten the return of the bane of adventurers the world over. We thought we had seen the last of them, maybe we have, maybe not. Could TESO bring back the dreaded cliff racer?

Well yeh we could see the return of them as http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Jiub_%28Dawnguard%29 slayed them all after the events in Morrowind. He was the Dunmer the player character sees on the boat as you arrive in Morrowind.

We already know that they will be in the game.
