A Mysterious Chest : V

So I fast traveled to Whiterun to forge and I got to the Greymane's forge and the hill of the forge is missing. And there is a treasure chest floating in midair below his Forge. So I navigate invisible walls and make my way up and it had the following

Dwarven Battleaxe
Steel Warhammer
Elven Shield
Dwarven Greatsword
Orchish Battleaxe
Banded Iron Shield
Steel Greatsword
Orchish Waraxe
Steel Mace
Hide Shield
Orcish Sword
Steel Sword
(12) Glass Arrows
Pickaxe
(25) Orcish Arrows
Hunting Bow
(50) Iron arrows
Charcoal
(23) Corundum Ingots
Corundum Ore
(4) Dwarven Ingots
(7) Ebony Ingots
(1172) Gold
(17) Iron Ingots
Iron Ore
(12) Leather
(24) Leather Strips
Moonstone Ore
(5) Steel Ingots
(2) Steel Imperial Gauntlets

I'm curious though. Whose chest is this? Why is it here? Does it mean something? Its just a normal chest in the midair. Can anyone help find out its secret? Is this even the right section of the forums for this?

I believe it's called a merchant chest or something. But that's all I know.

Worthless piece of [censored] chest: there's no Elven stuff in it!

But yeah most merchants have a chest like that underneath them and it contains all their stuff. You can access it if there is a glitch like happened to you. There is another way to reach this chest and it involves jumping outside of Whiterun. Just search, "Skyrim Whiterun hidden chest" and you'll find it.
