I love Oblivion , (skyrim not too much) , love fallout 3 and Fallout NV both equally....

Should i get the game ?

Is it full action packed...or can i read books, explore the surroundings slowly and take my time ?

Well first off, its nothing like any of the TES games or Fallout.

If you want to go off my opinion, yes, get this game. Best game I picked up in 2012. You can take your time, exploring, taking in the environment, and reading books, and the game is richer if you do so in my opinion. But the action is thrilling when it does come.
