As most of you know..... left klick is attack and right klick is block. Is there any news if its possible to keybind the classic MMO movement with mouse ? (hold left and right MB for moving forward)

Wouldn't work with the mouse attacks and would work in FP.

I would imagine they will have a point to click on ground movement.

i dont see why they would not have this ability? i played skyrim using the mouse to move

I hate using the keyboard to do everything, so hopefully I can hook up my n52 and move jump etc, and key bind 1 and 2 then use click for 3-5. right click in npc's to interact and right click to loot or skin/gather etc.

W, A, S, D will be the movement, with mouse look as you move just like ES games are now, though I am pretty sure they will make it so you can rebind that to other keys that might suit your playstyle better.
