This is a very strange problem, and despite searching countless forums I can't seem to find anybody else who has this issue - so I'm not hopeful of finding a solution!

The game runs great, all settings set to max etc, solid 60 fps, but for some reason character models flicker horribly - nothing else does, just NPCs. And as you can imagine, it's bloody annoying.

Before anyone says, updating the drivers does nothing and all other recent games (BioShock Infinite for example) run great on ultra settings, it's just this one game with the one issue of flickering NPCs and it's driving me mad. Thanks for any advice guys.

Graphics card is a GTX 550 Ti if that helps. Thank you.
