Heard about this the other day. In other RvR games I've played this wasn't implemented. It should bring a great dimension to gameplay. Anyone else know of other mechanics that will make ESO gameplay unique?

due to the soft-lock target system they have, im pretty sure you will block everything that hits you while you have block active.

Well at present in PvP if you softlock a target and are aiming close enough to it it will hit the target, can be seen as arching the attack over intervening targets.

That said you can also target someone and aim at another target to hit them instead so long as they're not too close to the target.

That said we don't entirely know all the ins and outs of how it might interact with things like block or abilities.
