Do we live in a Simulation?

I watched a video on youtube a few hours ago, the man talked about how we might live in a simulation. He stated that we ourselves are trying to mimic the universe with our own simulations(along with all its fundamental forces, light, everything) but atm we only have the technology to simulate a volume of about an atoms nucleus(you have to understand, we are talking about simulating reality), eventually bigger. When we have our miniature universe, we will look at its ends (like the outsides of the cube or sphere) and see how the forces behave there, "glitches"(maybe cause expansion???). Then we will look for similarities in our own universe & if they match then we might be living in a simulation.

How would your opinions on life/ reality change if we did find out we were living in a simulation? Would it be any different?
If i can find the video, ill post it here. It was about a 3 minute video.

Personally i think this is totally possible, everything in our universe behaves a certain way, even our brains act just like highly advanced computers (ie anton-babinske syndrome). If we were to remove all our emotions/ feelings, we would really see the universe in an unbiased way, logical way. If we proved us as being a simulation, it wouldn't really change me views. It is still a pretty sweet simulation, with lots to do.
