Okay, so this is really messed up. I used to think my issues with Xbox live were due to the recent issues that have been occuring with the live service, but I no longer believe this is the case. I am no longer able to access my account and payment options on my account via Xbox.com, and when I try to update my payment options when prompted on the Xbox, I am unable to change it. I have a very bad feeling that my account has been hacked.

Has this happened to anybody else before, and does anyone have advice for me?
