Sneaky sniper?

In Skyrim, you can shoot your bow and/or cast a spell and still remain hidden the whole time. In ESO, if you are hidden, you only use up Stamina if you move or use an attack that has stamina. So, I have to ask, can you stay in one spot, let's say perched up on a wall in a battle field, snipe all day long and stay hidden the whole time?

I picture hundreds of spells and arrows just appearing out of thin air from all over the place on a battlefield. I can also picture an army of spawned monsters in a castle couryard just appearing out of thin air.

Few things that make this unviable:

- The character dispels invisibility upon attacking (So you give out your position, even if you can just instantly enter back to stealth)
- The character cannot be invisible if he is taking damage (someone's going to DoT you the second you leave stealth)
- There are spells that give people invisibility detection (Hence every competitive PvP group will have one "Scout" focused character who can spot these stealthed guys and deal with them appropriately.)
