Simply drop towards your target and press the left mouse button while falling when prompted. You should be able to see the tutorials by going to the main menu, clicking tutorials and finding drop assassination.

Try it out on a tallboy - it's the most effective way to get rid of those nuisances. Do quick-save first though in case you miss.
