My boyfriend and I played through this the first time, and both of us took turns drinking the sleg because the fights were so difficult. After completing the game, we walked away from it for quite some time.

Now we've come back to it for some missed achievements, including 'above the influence'. But when we reach the first encounter with the sleg, the cinematic ends and the game immediately has Caddoc drink it, with my boyfriend not wanting to or even touching the controls. We've played the moment over and over, and the game takes control of his character and forces him to drink it every time.

Frustrated, we decided to try and play through Adventure+ to get the achievements instead, hoping the glitch wouldn't happen in that mode. But with the exception of the big and little heads, *none* of the other options (regenerating health and mana, etc.) are working at all. Which means pretty much everything we gained as a reward for playing the game through the first time (clear crystal weapons and play altering options) isn't available.

Does anybody working for the company have any help? At all?

I realize this is a dead board for a dead game, but I thought I'd vent my frustration anyway. Bethesda programming strikes again.
