Dunno yet. Looks good but most likely i'll wait for a price drop if i do deem it worthy of a purchase.
I don't know, I'll wait for reviews than see if I'll get it or not, especially since this is going to be a horror game and we haven't been getting a lot of good ones outside of the indie crowd. Honestly I hope it does well and that there are a ton of Cthulhu mythos inspired things in it.
Woah .. it's been 3 months i haven't logged in. Darn, talking about the game yes it looks really good.
With new games I rarely buy them just off the bat with no knowledge of it's gameplay as it might be a huge waste of money if it's bad.
So no, I will not buy it with the knowledge I have of it so far because I quite frankly know nothing of the final product.
They say they want this and that in the game and they show screenshots which for all we know could be taken out of context.
I trust none of it anymore, I will wait until the game is released, then I will look up gameplay videos on youtube as well as ask players a series of questions about it's gameplay and after anolyzing the data I've gathered I will make a decision whether the game will be enjoyable or not.
Buying games just cause the trailer or pre-release screenshots "look cool" is something I will never do again.
Only game I will buy on release date without extensive research is Fallout 4, and that is only cause I'm an obsessive fan of that series.
This ^^
Iv bought far too many games upon release because of hype only to find out that their pure crap.
I believe the last one was the infamous RAGE.
So as much as I want this game to succeed, I will patiently wait and do something similar to Gabe.
just worried it will be a resident evil knock off really hope not
^ I just hope that the gameply will be smoother than in Resident Evil.
they improved it in RE6 compared to RE5 but it still felt like im playing a stone ._.
I am not so blind as to buy a product with very little information on it.
Probably, yes. I was a huge fan of the first two Resident Evils, and if this is a return to that style, then I'm in.
Regarding replay value, those first two REs had some of the most enormous replay value you could imagine, and you'd tend to get 4 or so reasonably different play throughs of each.
