Texture Rendering Issue

Actually never mind about the never mind, lol.

So when I run Rage through idStudio i'm getting texture streaming bug, as if my catalyst ai were off but it's on. Anyone know what I can do?

Here is what the issue looks like:

Blue squares on everything. Cars, enemies, terrain, everything. And it only happens when I'm running Rage with the editor.

That is weird..are you on the latest driver? Try building the assets again maybe, also compare it with just the rage64.exe. May be your card is only having an issue with the 64 bit version and not the 32.

It is very strange indeed.

Here it is more descriptive:
-I'm on the latest driver
-I run the game in 64bit AND 32bit without this issue.
-Radeon HD 7770 (can run Rage maxed out at 1600x1200 with great framerate (maybe higher but that's my monitor's max res)

This only happens in the editor, when I play the game in 64bit it runs everything just fine, in fact better than 32 bit as expected. So there's something messing with the editor, I don't know what it is.

Maybe it happened during download, perhaps some file was a little wrong?
I'm going to re-download it anyway, for a new hard drive. If the problem persists then I will be clueless, lol

Looks like your VMTRs got in a wonky state. Any time you see blue like that, drop the console and type 'reloadVirtualMaterials' (without the single quotes).

This command will rebuild the VMTRs in the current scene and the blue should be gone.
