Are butcher's clothes texture for real :?

Hi all ,

I absolutely love Dishonored and the Knife of Dunwall is awesome DLC so far, but as far as I realise that the game doesn't have the greatest textures quality in the world of gaming, I still of its art style.

But I got one big issue with the "Knife of Dunwall". I'm running Dishonored on PC and I absolutely can't understand how it was possible to make Rothwild Butcher's clothes look like something from PS1 era, pixelated and blurred so much?
Sorry for not including images but for some stupid reason Bethesda doesn't allow to post them up until I'll be registered for 7 days :/.
If you played Knife of Dunwall, then you'll know what I mean.

Thanks in advance for replies .

OK, seems that it was some kinda' problem with textures not loading correctly. I restarted the game few times and it fixed itself .
