I'm trying to create a poll, but when I finish creating it, it does not post. I click on Start New Thread, then Manage Topic Poll, then I enter the questions. But when I click Finished, no poll appears. Are there restrictions on who can create a poll?

When creating the poll, it doesn't appear after you hit finish, only when you post the poll and the topic that it actually appears
