I thought that was already announced? I might guess Dragon Age before that.

Doubt it. COD hasn't ever been on a GI cover if my memory serves me correctly. I could see it being Bioware related though.

I'm not getting my hopes up for ant game releases.
To be fair, the randomly generated environment and such was, IMO, not the best interpretation of Hammerfell. It felt like we didn't really see the province. Morrowind and onwards were the new, revolutionised TES games which were famous for their large, well-thought-out world maps. Hammerfell made this way would be so much better.
Not really interested, lore is thrown out the window, it's an mmo, and it's not BGS. Doomed to be mediocre.
I'm not saying I wouldn't like to see it, I just would prefer a Mer province instead of another human one. Three human provinces in a row gets a tad dull.
I'm not expecting a single game. If he said its not like anything they've done before why would it just be one big reveal? They've done those before.
How is an MMO that is being made by a Zenimax studio rather than the more well known Bethesda development studio going to harm anything? Did Redguard? How about Battlespire? Those games actually were flops and almost got Bethesda bankrupt. An MMO being developed by another studio is not hurting them. Megami Tensei has an MMO and it is free to play. Only a very niche audience plays it outside of Japan, yet the series seems to be doing fine in America even if it has an English version of the MMO.
WoW was pretty much the end of the Warcraft series from what I've heard. Pretty sure the PS3 launch of Skyrim did more harm than an MMO that isn't even out yet is. Ultima wasn't even killed by an MMO, but management. EA put too much focus on Ultima Online and too little on Ultima 9. The Sims had an MMO, but it still is going strong.
Myst had an MMO, yet no one except for big fans know of it. Final Fantasy XI didn't even do much to the series except give it an MMO. Only series that had been truly harmed by an MMO that wasn't Warcraft or Ultima is Phantasy Star. Phantasy Star just ended up that way for whatever reason, though. I wish it never happened, but it did.
Warcraft 3 is my favorite game of all time.. I absolutely despise this result. I'm hoping they still make a Warcraft 4 somewhere down the road. Where I like WoW because it puts a whole bunch of depth on the Warcraft world and whatnot, it's not that fun. Gets dull quickly, players make everything appear black and white (GearScore/Item Level, Using achievements to prove experience, etc.). The players make that game svck.
It seems they're trying to cash in on the popularity of Skyrim, even though the popularity of Skyrim is 99% people who would never ever play an MMO, regardless of the game it's based on. It's just a bad idea.
Yeah, well we'll see what happens. It might end up being a decent MMO. Its not like its taking BGS power to make it, its just a spinoff like Redguard. Chill out.
