Road Tripping

Okay, so a few weeks ago I was struggling with where I wanted to be next year. I wasn't really feeling strongly about college, and so I came up with the idea of a giant American road trip. I live in Southern California, and so my idea was to head east to find my fortune, sort of reflecting how back in the day people would go west to find theirs (Manifest Destiny and all that crap).

My plan was to head up to Reno, then to Salt Lake City, then to Denver. From there, I wanted to head down to Austin, then back up to Kansas City (Kansas edition) and from there St. Louis. Then I wanted to go down south to Miami, then up the coast to Washington D.C, New York, and Boston.

As of now, that idea is on hold, because last Monday I got a call about a tuition waiver to my top choice, a small school out near Boston, and I'm feeling good about college again.

I wanted to know, though, if anybody here has ever done anything like that, and if anybody has any thoughts on whether or not I should do that trip one day. Thanks for any replies, guys!

Well, I'm still finishing year 12, but I plan on doing something like this next year before going to university.

If you do go on that trip, on your way to Miami stop by a place called cedar key. Go into Steamers clam bar and I'll buy you a drink. But your buyin' the clams! ;)

I plan on doing a round about trip down and around back up Florida then I'm heading west, then up north, then back down again.

Draw a spiral on your map and follow it. Then draw a sheep, and follow the outline of the sheep. Then a sloth, then a lion, then a grasshopper, then an aardvark. Soon enough, you've been everywhere.
