I used to take the 10 all the way down to the 78 to get to the Kroger on Alps. Now I just take Prince Avenue to Hawthorne, which turns into Alps. It's saved a lot of time.
EDIT: Seriously, though. I have to agree with CTRL+SHIFT+T. I'm ordinarily left-handed when it comes to drawing, writing, and eating, and right-handed with mostly everything else; I narrow it down to left being for precision and right being for strength. Either way, my body can't decide what side to have the mouse on, since I can only play The Sims or RTS games with my left hand on the mouse, so I keep the mouse on my right hand and sometimes I close a tab... or program by accident.
CTRL+SHIFT+ESC and Winkey+R are also useful in my job since we work remotely and the PCs we work with are slow enough as it is.
Alt+F4
Ctrl+Z
The little button the the keyboard that opens up the calculator as well is handy.
I'd really like a keyboard that actually has an "any key" as well. Could have it play a sound effect.
