I tried every possible fix, I could find around the Internet and nothing still works.
I can play like 45-60mins and then the game crash, sometimes with "stop working" and more often instantly to desktop.
I got an AMD HD 5850, if this will help, because I read it is a common problem with AMD cards. (and yes I tried every recommended catalyst version)

Hmm, the game does not crash on my AMD card.
I also don't let the CCC run. I know that had issues with some games in the past and nothing in those control panels offer me anything to justify running it. Try the game without the Catalyst Control Panel running. I don't even let it load with Windows.
