Getting Some Achievements Seems Wrong

Most of the achievements you can get in Dishonored simply happen while playing, or if you play very well you get some of the harder achievements. But a few of the achievements you can only get by playing only to get that achievement. I'm not talking about clean hands, ghost, etc. Those you get by playing well. I mean things like Harm's Way or Tempest. There's really no way to get those achievements unless you do things that would make no sense playing a normal mission. Also, I'm not including any of the Dunwall Trails mission achievements in this observation, those are more like skill tests, not RPG gameplay. The Tempest achievement under normal play conditions would be insainly difficult to get, but the way it's suggested on most help sites, just doesn't seem like something a person would do unless they were a complete psycopath, Personally I think it would be better to have less but more realist achievements, instead of padding the count with tasks that would make no sense for the player to do.

Sorry, this should be moved to general discussion section.
