I know that halo 1 was released for the PC many many years ago, and it was an actual CD you bought at the store.

Is this the only way of obtaining Halo for the PC? the disc? Is there no legal downloadable version? I've searched and searched and cannot find anything.

Costs a lot more than just ordering the disk off amazon or using peer transfer

I have Windows 8 and I doubt the disc would work on my PC. I don't see a pricetag anywhere on that website and I'm not clicking anything that says "download" without doing more research, lol.

It's $50 on that website, probably can't see it because I'm on mobile so things display for me differently..if you're looking for a download you're probably looking at c-net or torrent. Did you want combat evolved or custom edition?

I'm not up to date on windows 8, but if the disk doesn't work I don't think a download would either, but I could be mistaken
