We downloaded Fraps today and we're having issues with recording. When we record a file, the file appears in a folder. However, we cannot open it, and we get the message "Problem opening this file." or something along those lines. When we close the video, the file disappears and we have nothing to show for the recording we just did.

We're really nooby with Fraps and we're having a little trouble, help would be greatly appreciated.

Well 'we' as in there's two of us.

AVI file.

When there folder that the file is being saved in is open, it can be seen for a few seconds before disappearing. If we open it before it vanishes, it says again that there's a problem opening the file.

And you definitely bought it from the Fraps website?

Yes.
