It seems that all of ours fears have come true, this game as made by Human Head Studios is cancelled. Rumors indicate one of Arkane's studios will be taking over but there doesn't seem to be any source for this. Prey 2 has not technically been cancelled, but all of the footage we fell in love with is no longer representative of the game. To the cool developers at Human Head I have to say I'm sorry for the loss of Prey 2 it looked like you put a lot of work into it. I'm ashamed Bethesda would strong arm you into that behavior and the cost is the game and almost your entire studio and staff. Despite the fact that it will never see the light of day I will never forget the memorable trailer you put together that made me fall in love with the game. Perhaps someday in memory of your vision I will host some sort of table top game with a Prey 2 theme to it. All we can do is hope the New Prey 2 from this point forward is just as good in new and exciting ways. Assuming it will ever be made.
