I'm not the right person to ask. I have verizon for my wireless and internet, and recently got a call from the wireless salesperson to try to get me to upgrade my phone. She checked my account, and I got a total silence for several seconds. Then she said, "Well, it seems as though you might not really need an upgrade. Sorry to bother you." Not necessarily what you usually hear from a salesperson, but she saw that I used a grand total of 4 minutes of my calling minutes. And no texts. And no internet. I don't even have the phone turned on unless I'm making a call, or I know someone is supposed to call me. A possible side effect is that I get fantastic battery life.

If I want to get on the internet, I have my desktop. I have a laptop too, but use is mostly as a backup if anything unfortunate happens to my desktop. Of course, my laptop can play Skyrim, so if for some really important reason I can't be home, I can still play games on my laptop.

Do most people really need a computer? The average person checks facebook, uses google/youtube to find stuff out, and maybe amazon to shop. Sounds about perfect for someone with a phone designed to run apps just for that

I refuse to use such technology. I hate working with people who send all their time playing games instead of working! I had the internet on my phone disabled so I can't use it even if I want to. I don't need to use the internet so bad that I have to have it with me 24/7.
