I just downloaded the game and when I run it my screen goes blank with the not supported msg. (as if my monitor was disconnected from video card). running hd6850, monitor is a 36in lcd, running windows 7. I had steam put desktop shortcut on desktop but there is no "run as admin" when you right click. also can't find a way to do it in steam. I read a forum with similar problem that corrected it by running in windowed mode but I also can't find that option in steam.

Is this a TV? You may have to tell your video card how to work with it or the TV how to work with the video card.

If this is a PC monitor, do you have the drivers for that installed? It's just an inf file to tell the system what the monitor is.

It is a TV, not sure what you mean by tell it to work with it. I've played coutless different games with it and have had no problems. It seems to me the game is trying to play at a resolution the tv doesn't support but there doesn't seem to be any way to change the games resolution without 1st getting into the game.
