like what can be done is it the exact same thing as skyrim or will it be like Oblivion when it comes to skills to level up and stuff but online with players killing your quest people ? is pvp auto on or something ? what continent or continents will it be on ? or is the only thing known is the title of the game and that it will be an MMO and that it will be on both PS4 and XBOX ONE is it still going to be on PC or is that been crushed ?

EpicFail, the game and these forums have been on here since May of 2012. If you are just finding out about this game, you can browse the many threads here as well as Googling for TESO info 
It was believed to be for PC and come out in 2013, but now it is PC, PS4, Xbox One (coming in Spring of 2014 now).

Main attraction is probably story/journey to the endgame, basically, quests with multiple ways to complete, every NPC is fully voiced, then meaningful choices along the way, also little bit of exploration. (TESO is semi quest-hubless..) Also public quest. Journey is said to be 120 hour, one for each alliance/faction, total 3. Then Cyrodil, massive PVP where you can go after lvl 10 or so, information is kinda vague but I'd say its something like Planetside 2..
