Just outta curiosity, I was wondering which source does Bethesda receive the most feedback from. Is it Social Media, gamesas forums, TESA, the modding community? And maybe a better question is, what is the most reliable source of feedback for BGS? Any input is much appreciated.

The forums. A lot of people think just because they don't see the men and women in yellow/blue (the devs) in the user active list means they are not online, not realizing they can browse while not logged in or as anon.

The Devs and QA folks read these boards. If they are not signed in, you won't see their names.

Most of the time, when they do sign in, they do so invisibly, so only we see them. I see at least one dev signed in every day.
