Insomnia what are your habbits

Ok so if your a fellow sufferer off insomnia what do you do to either help you sleep or what do you do while your laying in bed waiting to pass out.

Because right now it's 5:55am uk an I can't sleep but yet I'm too tired to play skyrim or any other game but yet I'm too awake to fall asleep so I'm in between playing angry birds an watching mod vids or skydoesminecraft on YouTube.

I eliminated distractions (TV, radio, video games) that made me stay up, added a notepad to the side of my desk bed (random ideas before I fall asleep), and stopped drinking coffee after 5pm. I set my 'bed time' at 1am, but it's become more of a ballpark figure the past week or two.

Edit: bed not desk

That sounds tasty an I now have something else to buy when I go shopping providing maple syrup is sold in the UK.

Yeah, man. Midnight snacks are pretty helpful at times. That sounds too sugary for me, though. Some peanut butter toast and a glass of milk does it for me. (About to fix that right now :P )
