It's quite feasible. Them and a good few other vampire clans could be present in TESO. There's apparently quite a few in High Rock, at least that's what is written in the lore.

Of course you shouldn't expect to meet either [EDIT:] SERANA or Valerica wandering about the castle.

Interesting. There may be a chance to meet Daughters of Coldharbour as they tempt you to serve Molag Bal. Or if you are willing to undergo the ritual, theb you may become a pure blood vampire yourself (perma vampirism). Oh, the possibilities!
